CUAHSI

The Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science, Inc. (CUAHSI) is actively working to foster advancements in the hydrologic sciences, in the broadest sense of the term.

The CUAHSI Water Data Center is a community governed facility that helps researchers and educators access and share data. CUAHSI’s web application, HydroClient (http://data.cuahsi.org), enables researchers to locate data based upon place, time, and parameters observed. HydroClient enables access to just over 100 different data sources including projects from the academic community in addition to federal data catalogs such as the USGS’ National Water Information System. In addition to data access, the CUAHSI Water Data Center can help NSF-funded researchers fulfill data management requirements through the use of CUAHSI infrastructure for data storage and data publication. AGU Sections

AGU Sections provide homes for scientists in emerging research areas. The research areas around which Sections are formed normally span two or more of the AGU Sections and reach out to individuals in closely related scientific communities who may not find a home within one of the Sections. Listed below are examples of closely allied sections to hydrology, and we encourage you to review all of the sections of AGU as there is water in almost every section!
