Our overarching goal is to bring Hydrology Section members and leaders together to make actionable change towards a more equitable, diverse, inclusive, and just community.

The Hydrology Section Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee was formed as a response to the 2020 white paper from authored by some members of our community. Our strategic plan based on the white paper. Completed in 2023, the strategic plan guides all of the actions of our committee.

Strategic Plan
2023

In 2023 we completed our strategic plan. The document will guide the future of this committee and establishes our initial topics of focus. We established our short term goals that we hope to accomplish by 2025.
