An initiative of the AGU College of Fellows, this network helps broaden opportunities for scientists starting their careers in the Earth and space sciences. Open to those transitioning into the professional arena from a doctoral program or postdoc, this program goes beyond traditional mentoring by forming virtual networks of senior and early career scientists who meet monthly for one year. The College of Fellows Executive Committee is seeking candidates for the Chair position for the 2029–2030 term. Select individuals will participate in the 2026 AGU election. Ultimately, the elected candidate will serve sequentially as Chair-elect (2027–2028), Chair (2029–2030), and Past Chair (2031–2032). Interested in serving?
