The most recent issue of the AGU Education Section's
Perspectives on Earth and Space Science Educational Research (PESSER) series is
contributed by Mika Shimizu and titled “Resilience Approach for Advancing Sustainable Development Goals”. The article focuses on using the resilience approach to support implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). An important aspect of the resilience approach is building knowledge and awareness of complicated interrelationships among natural, social and human systems, which Dr. Shimizu discusses in more detail within the article.
