Your gift to the Education section makes an important difference and directly supports the section’s programming which connects students and scientists to the career and networking resources that advance the field – this includes workshops, travel grants and scholarships, recognition and awards, meeting registration support, and other opportunities for Education section members and the community.

Your gift as part of the Honor an Educator campaign enables you to recognize a teacher, advisor or mentor who played an important role in your career. The educator whom you designate will be recognized on our website and will receive a note from AGU. Funds donated to Honor an Educator are used to help defray costs for teachers and very early career scientists to participate in fall meeting or in other section activities.
