Make your voice heard!

Intervention strategies are gaining momentum as society assesses options for managing and abating the impacts of climate change. In 2022, AGU put together a plan to develop an Ethical Framework for Climate Invention Research to serve as a code of conduct to guide the research, potential scaling, and possible deployment of climate intervention measures that may be needed in addition to emissions reduction. A draft of the Ethical Framework Principles is available for comment until 15 August 2023.
