Are you looking for an Earth or space scientist to present in your class? AGU's College of Fellows developed the Distinguished Lecture Series to connect AGU Honorees with students around the world. Request live, virtual lectures that span 45 minutes. These presentations are available to interested institutions at no charge. The current 2025-2026 cohort of lectures will be available until June 2026!

Are you an AGU Honoree committed to advancing science and connection? Consider self-nominating or nominating a peer to serve as a lecturer in the AGU College of Fellows Distinguished Lecture Series (DLS) for the 2026-2027 academic year.
The DLS provides a platform for exceptional Earth and space scientists to engage global audiences through virtual lectures and interactive Q&A sessions with students. Lectures address key scientific challenges and societal impact while remaining accessible to a broad audience.
Eligibility:
Nominees must be one of the following:
- An AGU Union Medal, Award, or Prize recipient
- An AGU Fellow
- A Section Award or Lecture recipient

Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by 15 April 2026
