    We're now accepting submissions for the next Cohort of Lecturers (2026-2027)!
     
    Are you an AGU Honoree committed to advancing science and connection? Consider self-nominating or nominating a peer to serve as a lecturer in the AGU College of Fellows Distinguished Lecture Series (DLS) for the 2026-2027 academic year. The DLS provides a platform for exceptional Earth and space scientists to engage global audiences through virtual lectures and interactive Q&A sessions with students. Lectures address key scientific challenges and societal impact while remaining accessible to a broad audience. 
    Eligibility:
    Nominees must be one of the following:
    • An AGU Union Medal, Award, or Prize recipient
    • An AGU Fellow
    • A Section Award or Lecture recipient

    AND

    • An active AGU member

    Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by 15 April 2026
