Silvia Jessica Mostacedo Marasovic is a PhD candidate from the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Texas at Arlington. Her dissertation focuses on research regarding water education across the K-16 and faculty development. She has worked in projects related to agriculture, water resources management, climate change and sustainable development in various countries in Latin America and in Florida. She has a master's in Sustainable Development Practice from the University of Florida and a BSc. in Socio-Economic Development and Environment from the University of Zamorano.
