About Flathead Lake Biological Station

The conference will be held at Flathead Lake Biological Station, 32125 Bio Station Lane in Polson, Montana, USA. FLBS is the second oldest biological station in the United States. Oral sessions will be held in the Elrod Lecture Hall. Poster sessions will be held in Lakeside. All meals will be in Dining Hall.

FLBS is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Numerous species of birds and mammals, including bears, can be found on the grounds. The National Park Service has a video on bear safety that provides very helpful information.
