Registration

Registration is now closed.

Flathead Lake Biological Station (FLBS) serves as the all-inclusive Chapman Conference venue. In addition to holding scientific sessions, attendees will share meals in the dining, and have the opportunity to stay on the station in one of the station’s group accommodations.

When registering you will have the option to register with or without housing on FLBS. There are two types of cabins each with single and double occupancy rates. Should you have specific ADA or housing needs please email the Chapman registration team for assistance. All attendees are required to follow the AGU Meeting Code of Conduct.

The registration fee includes:

  • Opening reception on Monday evening
  • Breakfast (Tuesday – Friday)
  • Lunch (Tuesday – Thursday)
  • Dinner (Tuesday – Thursday)
  • AM/PM refreshment breaks
  • Housing from Monday, 14 October through Saturday, 19 October if selected


Registration Fees
Professionals: $800.00 USD
Students: $650.00 USD
Low-income country residents*: $650.00 USD
*Low-income and lower-middle income countries as defined by the World Bank.

Optional Friday Field Trip
An optional field trip to Glacier National Park is planned for Friday.
The field trip fee includes:

  • Lunch
  • Dinner
  • Snacks/water
  • Bus transportation

Field trip Fee: $110.00 USD


Cancellation policy: Written notification of registration cancellations must be emailed to registration@agu.org. Registration cancellations received by 11 September 2019 will receive a complete refund. Cancellations received between 12 - 18 September 2019 will have a $50 processing fee deducted from their refund. No refunds will be issued for registrations canceled after 18 September 2019.
