As a student just getting started with science research, I know how daunting it is to attend such a huge conference as AGU. I'd be happy to help you with any questions you might have.

Onyinye Gift Nwankwo
2nd-Year Graduate Student
National Institute for Space Research (INPE), Brazil
Onyinye Gift Nwankwo is an Ionospheric Physics Freak! She has been studying the Ionospheric plasma instabilities that play principal role in the generation of Ionospheric irregularities such as the EPBs and ESF. She is a female Nigerian Astronomy Graduate. She graduated with First Class Honors from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria where she studied Physics and Industrial Physics and majored in Astronomy. Currently, Onyinye is a Master's degree student in Brazil where she is studying Space Geophysics and majoring in Upper Atmospheric Physics. Onyinye hopes to continue the success story she has carved out with additional future works about the Earth`s atmosphere.

Marissa Hedlund
2nd-Year Graduate Student
University of New Hampshire
Greetings! I'm a second-year pre-doctoral student studying space physics and plasmas. This upcoming meeting will be my third AGU conference and I also have some experience with virtual meetings, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have about navigating AGU as an undergraduate/graduate student. Lastly, I'm a big advocate for mental health awareness and transparency within STEM, so if you ever want to just chat about your non-conference related troubles, I'm all ears!
