- Particulate Gravity Currents: Theory, Experiments, and Environmental Applications, edited by Benjamin Kneller, Eckart Meiburg, Bernhard Vowinckel, and Zhiguo He, presents experimental, numerical, and field studies that offer new insights into the properties, behavior, and dynamics of particulate gravity currents.
- Earth's Natural Hazards and Disasters by Bethany D. Hinga is a textbook for undergraduates that explores the science behind natural events, how to understand risk, and how to prepare for disasters.
- Landscapes on Fire: Impacts on Uplands, Rivers, and Communities by Ellen Wohl gives an overview of wildfires and their after-effects on different parts of the natural, biological, and human landscape.
