We've heard you-Scientists across AGU say one of their top needs is for more ways to collaborate across disciplines and sectors, year-round.

AGU Circles connect you with a small group of scientists for candid, peer-to-peer conversations around a shared goal or science topic. It's a flexible, non‑traditional, peer‑to‑peer coaching format designed to spark shared learning, collaboration, and real momentum.

"The supportive peer exchange was the best part." - Past Participant
