At the 2024 AGU Annual Meeting interviews were conducted with three leaders of the AGU community. The interviewees gave their personal perspectives on science and the role of AGU in the future of Earth and Space sciences. These interviews offer valuable insights into the emergence of past scientific advances that are setting today's scientific agenda and shaping future research directions.
