Flathead Lake Biological Station (FLBS) serves as the all-inclusive Chapman Conference venue. In addition to holding scientific sessions, attendees will share meals in the dining hall and have the opportunity to stay on the station in one of the station’s group accommodations.
FLBS offers shared accommodations in onsite cabins and a small lodge. The number of single room options is limited, and we are encouraging roommates. The number of attendees that we are able to house in FLBS is contingent on room sharing. All attendees are required to follow the AGU Meeting Code of Conduct.
AGU will be facilitating housing reservations with FLBS including managing rooming fees. All attendees will check in on Monday, 14 October and check out on Saturday, 19 October for a total of 5 days. AGU is not responsible for screening roommates, however only those registered and attending the conference will be assigned housing. AGU makes no guarantees of any kind about compatibility, trustworthiness, etc. All attendees sharing rooms are financially obligated to pay for those rooms regardless of whether or not a roommate comes through. Should you have a preferred roommate please let us know.

Local Area Hotels
