Registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, the Sunday opening reception, coffee breaks, lunch daily, and the Wednesday afternoon field trip. All attendees are required to follow the AGU Meeting Code of Conduct.

Students: $675.00 USD
Low-income country residents*: $675.00 USD
*Low-income and lower-middle income countries as defined by the World Bank.
Post-Conference Field Trip Fee
2-day post-conference field trip: $425.00 USD
A minimum of 25 attendees must register for the field trip. The deadline to register for the field trip is 4 September 2019. At that time we will notify all participants if the the minimum has been met. Should the minimum number of participants fall short, we will refund the post-conference field trip fees.
Attendees have the option to purchase tickets for their guests to attend the Opening Reception.
Opening reception ticket: $50.00 USD
Wednesday afternoon field trip ticket: $125.00 USD
2-day post-conference field trip ticket: $425.00 USD
Cancellation policy: Written notification of registration cancellations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration cancellations received by 4 September 2019 will receive a complete refund. Registration cancellations received between 5 and 11 September 2019 will have a $50 processing fee deducted from their refund. No refunds will be issued for registrations or ticketed events canceled after 11 September 2019. The post-conference field trip is non-refundable after 4 September 2019.
