AGU is working with Transvia to provide attendees with several hotel accommodation options found below. There are six hotels to choose from. Hotel reservations can be made using the
hotel reservations form. Please complete the
hotel reservations form and email icc@viajestransvia.com. Please note, payment is due
in full at the time of the reservation. Please review the cancellation policy carefully as it is different than traditional US hotel cancellation policies.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
- Up to 1 July 2019, cancellations can be made without penalty.
- From 2 July 2019 until 20 August 2019, a cancellation penalty of 50% of total room night will be accessed.
- After 20 August 2019, reservations are not refundable.
