Registration includes admission to all scientific sessions, all events and workshops including the Sunday Opening Reception and Tuesday Networking Mixer, and all refreshment breaks.
Guest Policy
A guest is a spouse, friend, or adult child (18 years old and older) who is not working in a space physics-related occupation or field. A colleague or associate working in a related space physics-related field or studying space physics in school may not be registered and attend as a guest. Registered guests may not attend the scientific sessions; however, they may attend the Opening Reception, Networking Mixer and other social events.
Cancellation Policy
Written notification must be emailed to registration@agu.org. Registrations cancellations received by 25 April 2018 will receive a complete refund. Cancellations received between 26 April-2 May 2018 will have a $50 processing fee deducted from their refund. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations or ticketed events after 2 May 2018. Refund exception requests must be requested in writing by 14 June 2018. Refunds requested after this are ineligible for refunds.
