    Dear everyone,
    I teach astrobiology and space exploration to 10-12 yr olds. At these trying times, I am thinking about offering free webinars on Earth and space science to the public via Zoom. Please let me know if you would like to join the effort. Each webinar is 1 hr long, and may be scheduled on the time that is most convenient to you. I have an access to many families all over the globe, who might be really interested.

    Thank you, Pranoti! As of now, we have several people who offered to help in May, but I will be happy to get more people to present in June and July.

    The topics to be covered in May are the following:
    • The history of SETI ( by SETIQuest editor)
    • Search for exoplanets (GMU researcher)
    • Biosignatures ( RiceU researcher)
    • The history of search for life on Mars (JPL researcher)
    We see lots of interest, with over 100 kids coming for a webinar from all corners of the world. 
    If any AGU member would like to share their knowledge and enthusiasm about planetary sciences with children, I would be happy to hear from them.
