    Dear Colleagues,

    If you are researching floodplains, their biophysical processes, or assessing the services they provide to society, we encourage you to submit an abstract to this interdisciplinary session "Floodplains in the Anthropocene" (https://agu.confex.com/agu/fm22/prelim.cgi/Session/158387) at the upcoming AGU Fall Meeting in Chicago, IL and Online "Everywhere", 12-16 December 2022. We have two excellent invited speakers on board for the session: 

    Dr. Kristen Bouska, Ecologist, at the USGS's Upper Midwest Environmental Science Center

    Professor Dr. Justin Murdoc, Tennessee Tech
